About me

I’m Kathryn! A 20-year-old, third year Business student at the University of Strathclyde. I’m so excited to be starting this blog and being able to share my content with other like-minded people.

I live in Glasgow, however I’m originally from Newcastle Upon-Tyne, more specifically a small town on the Northeast coast called Whitley Bay. I moved to Glasgow for University, and I absolutely love it! I have learned so much living here and had so many amazing experiences. Some things I love include plants, collecting vinyl records, charity shopping, stationary and going to concerts (just to name a few things). You will often find me in a nearby coffee shop or listening to my music (I’m a huge music enthusiast!) or hanging out with my friends. Small things make me happy, and I would describe myself as overall having a very positive and optimistic outlook on life.

I am also a very organised and studious person; I have always enjoyed learning new things and getting involved in things at school and at university. I’m a high-achiever and I’m also very proactive, for example I’m on multiple different society committees and I work a part-time job whilst studying my degree. I also love attending networking events and I’m a regular user of LinkedIn, as I love meeting and engaging with new people.

My love for academia and organisation will feed directly into this blog, where I will be discussing how you can create positive habits to improve your wellbeing, performance at school and university and your productivity. This blog is ultimately about you being able to self-improve and become the best version of yourself that you can.

Thank you for reading!

Kathryn 😊
